- Inspect the machine for any signs of damage during transit. If damage is found, do not operate the machine and contact customer service.

4.1: Wire Spool Compartment. This image displays the internal compartment of the welder with a wire spool installed, illustrating the wire feeding mechanism.
- Open the side panel of the welding machine to access the wire spool compartment.
- Place the flux core wire spool onto the spool holder. Ensure the wire unwinds from the bottom of the spool towards the wire feeder.
- Feed the wire through the wire guide tube and into the wire feeder mechanism. Ensure the wire is seated correctly in the drive roller groove.
4.3 Connecting Welding Torch and Ground Clamp
- For gasless flux core welding, the torch typically connects to the negative (-) terminal and the ground clamp to the positive (+) terminal. Refer to the polarity selection plug for confirmation.
- Connect the MIG welding torch cable to the designated torch switch port.
- Свържете земята clamp cable to the appropriate terminal (usually positive for flux core).
- Прикрепете земята clamp securely to the workpiece or a clean, bare metal part of the welding table. A good ground connection is crucial for stable arc.
- Ensure the welding machine's power switch is in the OFF position.
- Connect the power cord to a suitable power outlet. Verify that the power supply matches the machine's requirements (voltagд и ampерадж).
- Turn the power switch to the ON position. The Power indicator light should illuminate.
- The digital display will show the current settings.
- The VEVOR MIG130 features synergic control. This means the machine automatically adjusts the wire feed speed based on the selected current and voltage.

5.1: Easy & Intelligent Control. This image illustrates the digital display and control knobs, emphasizing the synergic control feature that automatically matches current and wire feed speed.
- Използвайте Копче за настройка на тока to set the desired welding ampерадж.
- Използвайте Voltage Копче за настройка to fine-tune the arc characteristics.
- Start with recommended settings for your wire diameter and material thickness, then adjust as needed for optimal weld quality.
- Position the MIG torch nozzle approximately 10-15 mm from the workpiece.
- Press the torch trigger to initiate the arc and wire feed.
- Maintain a consistent travel speed and torch angle (typically 10-15 degrees push angle for flux core) to create a uniform weld bead.
