Press the button on the charging case, a bright
Blue LED will turn on indicating that the earphones are being recharged via the case. Press and hold button for 2 seconds to stop charging.

- We suggest using a 5V/1A adapter certified by UL or ETL only.
- In order to avoid damage to the charging case, do NOT use a fast charger that exceeds 5V/1A.
- To ensure long battery life, earphones and charging case should be charged once a month.
Pairing your earphones-Binaural use:
- Make sure your earphones are powered on, by simply taking them out of their charging case (or by touch-and-hold for 3 seconds). The two earphones will automatically be paired and a Red & Blue LED will flash rapidly on one earphone indicating that earphones are ready to be paired with your device.
- Turn-On Bluetooth on your device, select “EB-503BT” from the Bluetooth device list to connect.
Pairing your earphones-Single earphone use:
- Make sure your earpiece is powered on, by simply taking it out of its charging case (or by touch-and-hold for 3 seconds). A Red & Blue LED will flash rapidly on the earphone indicating that earphones are ready to pair with your device.
- Turn-On Bluetooth on your device, select “EB-503BT” from the Bluetooth device list to connect.

- Simply place the earphones into the charging case, the earphones will automatically turn off and start charging.
- Or, touch-and-hold the touch area of the earphone for 5 seconds to power-off the earphones.
- Or, when the earphone is disconnected for 3 minutes, it will automatically turn off.
FAQ’s / Problem Solving:
– Check if earphone has power and fully charged. Connect charging case to properly working power supply and place the earphones in the charging case to fully recharge for at least one hour.
1. Ensure that both earphones are fully charged and turn on normally.
2. Delete the corresponding Bluetooth headset from your devices list. Place both ear-pieces into the charging case, find an open area and try to repeat the reconnect process.

1. The earphone is low in battery, place the earphones in the charging case to recharge.
2. The distance between your mobile phone and the earphone is more than 10 meters.
3. Confirm that your mobile phone is not connected to another earphone or other Bluetooth device.
4. There is a wall or other cause of signal obstruction between the earphones and the mobile phone.
5. The two earpieces are not paired or synchronized properly. Turn off the earphones completely, wait one minute and repeat the pairing process.
