2. Настройка

2.1 Mounting the Master Handset

Secure the provided mounting bracket to a suitable wall location using the included mounting hardware. Ensure the location allows for easy access and clear communication. Once the bracket is secure, attach the Aiphone IE-2AD master handset to the bracket.

• Compatible wire (door to master): Aiphone 822202 (sold separately).
• Compatible wire (master to farthest sub): Aiphone 822206 (sold separately).

• 12 to 16VAC 180mA bell transformer to power both audio and electric strike.
• Alternatively, 12 to 24VDC 160mA Aiphone PT-1210N AC transformer (sold separately) for audio only.

3. Инструкции за работа

3.1 Receiving a Visitor Call

When a visitor initiates a call from the door intercom, the master handset will activate a chime tone and an LED indicator. The chime tone is adjustable (two- or four-tone) and its volume can be set to your preference.

3.2 Communicating with a Visitor

To speak with the visitor, lift the handset. This establishes a semi-private audio connection. Speak clearly into the handset's microphone and listen for the visitor's response through the earpiece.

3.3 Authorizing Access (Door Release)

To remotely unlock the entrance for a visitor, press the Освобождаване на врати button located on the master handset. This button activates the connected electric strike (sold separately), allowing the visitor to enter.

3.4 Internal Communication (with Sub-Masters)

If sub-master handsets are connected, visitor calls will ring on all connected handsets. Communication can be transferred between the master and sub-master handsets. The master and sub-master handsets also support internal calling between them.
