5. Настройка

5.1 Монтаж

The MC101-611 is designed for panel mounting. Cut an appropriate opening in your control panel and insert the meter. Secure it from the rear using the provided mounting bracket. Ensure a snug fit to prevent vibration.

5.2 Окабеляване

Refer to the wiring diagram on the side of the unit and Figure 5.1 for correct connections. Ensure all connections are secure and insulated. Incorrect wiring can damage the device or pose a safety hazard.

• Терминали 1 и 2: AC Power Supply (85-265V AC, 50/60Hz)
• Терминали 3 и 4: Main Output (OUT) - Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) contacts for Relay output.
• Терминали 6 и 7: Alarm Output (ALM) - Relay contacts for alarm.
• Terminals 8, 9, 10: Sensor Input (RTD/TC) - Connect your temperature sensor here. Refer to the sensor's manual for correct polarity/connection type.

6. Инструкции за работа

6.1 Показване на надview

The meter features a dual display:

• PV (Стойност на процеса): The upper red display shows the current measured temperature/humidity.
• SV (Зададена стойност): The lower green display shows the desired set point.

• Индикатор AT: Illuminates when the auto-tuning function is active.

6.3 Setting the Temperature/Humidity Set Point (SV)
