Устройство за зареждане: Before first use, fully charge the Luminova device using the provided USB-C cable. The display will show battery percentage.

Сигурно прилягане: Use the adjustable Velcro straps to secure the device snugly but comfortably. Ensure the LED lights are in direct contact with the skin for optimal results.

Включване: Press the 'on/off' button located on the control panel to turn on the device. The default session duration is 20 minutes.

- Near-Infrared Light (850nm): Decreases inflammation, helps relieve pain, encourages cell repair. (Note: Near-infrared light is invisible to the naked eye.)

Light Therapy Treatment Plan

Commit to a 3-month treatment plan with the Luminova. You could see pain relief results sooner, or even immediately, but full benefits may not be achieved until you have completed three months of treatment. Be patient and consistent. Use the Luminova for a maximum of 20 minutes per session, up to 3 times a day, for a full 3 months.

Do not stop your other pain-relief treatments, especially any prescription medication abruptly when you begin light therapy treatment. If you do not see significant improvement after 3-4 weeks of treatment, discuss future pain management options with your doctor or therapist.
