Дистанционното управление използва бутонна батерия CR2032-3V. Дистанционното управление е в автоматичен режим на готовност, когато не се използва. Обикновено батерията може да се използва повече от шест месеца. Батерията може да се смени със същия тип.

The LED strip will remember the last setting before being swiched off and continue in that setting when switched back on.
